Learning should feel useful, human, and built for the people in the room.
I’ve moved from the front of the classroom to the design table. As AVP, Senior Learning Specialist at WSFS Bank, I design leadership development, talent and performance management training, and eLearning. My years as a bank branch leader and retail sales manager shape the practical programs I create for people facing those same challenges.
I also teach management courses at Wilmington University and serve as the informal lead of the bank’s learning team. Across corporate learning and higher education, I bring together thoughtful design, coaching, stakeholder partnership, and hands-on practice to support people’s growth and organizational performance.

Launching a bank-wide Learning Summit
Coordinated the successful launch of a professional development event for 60–70 associates, collaborating with stakeholders to bring the program to life.
Supporting acquisitions and technology adoption
Trained associates joining from the Beneficial Bank and Bryn Mawr Trust acquisitions and supported Salesforce and D1 Teller rollouts through hands-on change management.
Making growth part of everyday work
Launched a Career Roadmapping Journaling Workshop aligned with the company’s coaching model and a Business Writing course that teaches associates to use AI as a writing partner.
Creating a clearer start for new associates
Created the New Associate Onboarding Checklist, now being integrated with Workday tools and processes.
Contributing to a Fair Lending capstone
Selected for the 2026 BRIDGE mentorship program, contributing to a capstone examining the root causes of Fair Lending denial disparities.

Assistant Vice President, Senior Learning Specialist
Design learning with HR Talent Management partners on performance reviews, talent development, and evolving performance management standards. Create leadership programs, instructional videos, eLearning, participant guides, workbooks, and job aids with subject matter experts across business units.
Direct training operations across locations and delivery formats, build courses in the learning management system, manage training events, and respond to Compliance audit requests. Serve as the team’s informal lead in the supervisor’s absence and coach learning specialists on facilitation, classroom management, and LMS skills.
Co-designed a service-focused training program aligned with the company’s mission, values, and strategy, and promote learning opportunities through targeted communications and visits to corporate locations.

Learning Specialist
Facilitated approximately 300 in-person and virtual new hire classes in Consumer Lending, Small Business, Sales and Service, and Teller. Helped update class materials and maintained class attendance and LMS reporting. Served on the Paycheck Protection Program committee during COVID-19, helping business owners through the application process and supporting the SBA team.
Assistant Branch Manager
Coached a team of three Personal Bankers to meet goals, complete operational tasks, and deliver exceptional client service.
Adjunct Instructor, College of Business
Teach asynchronous and in-person Supervisory Management, Principles of Management, and Customer Service courses to undergraduate students, managing announcements, assignments, and grading in Canvas. Served as a subject matter expert in the redevelopment of Introduction to Business. This part-time teaching role is held alongside my work at WSFS Bank.
Sales Manager
Developed a team of more than 30 sales associates, managed an approximately $1 million beauty sales department, and partnered with management to meet store goals.
